1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Good Til, a warranty tracking and receipt management platform operated by ANATECH OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia (registration number 17248081).

By creating an account or using Good Til, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Good Til provides a platform for tracking purchases, warranties, and managing warranty claims. The service includes:

Purchase and warranty tracking with expiration reminders
Receipt scanning using AI-powered text extraction
AI-assisted warranty claim letter generation
Secure storage of purchase records and receipt images

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data
Upload malicious content designed to compromise the service infrastructure
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

5. Intellectual Property

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over any purchases, receipts, or content you upload to Good Til. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide the service (storing, processing, and displaying your content within your account).

The Good Til platform, including its design, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ANATECH OÜ and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

Good Til uses AI to extract text from receipt images and to generate warranty claim draft letters. AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” without warranty. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before using it, including claim letters sent to retailers or manufacturers.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANATECH OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from inaccurate receipt scans, missed warranty deadlines, or unsuccessful warranty claims.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
